Bergman Farms is a great harvesting operation to work with. We provide a great environment for our workers to keep them comfortable.  They are always treated with great care and respect. We also expect employees to return the favor and be respectul to us as well. Our 2 bunkhouses are great places for our employees to sleep and spend their time. There are tv's and satellites in both campers for entertainment. We also might get hotel rooms if needed.

We have had many good workers through the years and hope for many more hard workers. We hope that our harvest crew interests you and that you would like to join us on the harvest run. It is always fun as long as everyone gets along with each other. On slow rainy days when we are caught up we even find time to do other things the workers are interested in.
